Simple refund policy.
The pricing model is intentionally small and direct: free profile first, paid course only after the learner sees their fit.
Recommended launch policy
Offer a no-questions refund within 7 days of purchase if the learner has not completed the first module assessment. Add Stripe-backed refund handling before public launch.
What should not be refundable
Abuse of the platform, chargeback fraud, or accounts using execution services in violation of the terms should be handled through support review.
